We are seeking a results-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our commercial efforts within the yachting industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the Levante and Catalonia regions.As a
Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals that align with the services and high standards offered by
Nautipaints.
You will also oversee the full sales cycle —from initial outreach to post-sale follow-up— ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.You’ll be part of an international and collaborative sales team, working alongside account managers, sales executives, and other commercial professionals to achieve ambitious growth targets.This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the maritime sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are passionate about sales, strategy, and delivering value, we’d love to hear from you!The main responsibilities of this function include:
Identify new potential clients. Cold callingConstant prospecting of new business opportunitiesOrganize and conduct sales appointmentsTo establish and maintain effective working relations both within the department and with other departmentsBuilding and Maintaining Client RelationshipsDriving Sales and Identifying Growth OpportunitiesNecessary experience & qualifications:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong client-oriented mindsetDemonstrated ability in lead generation and direct salesFamiliarity with the yacht industry is highly desirableExperience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within the maritimeSelf-driven, results-focused, and persuasive, with strong negotiation skillsWillingness for client meetings and industry eventsFluency in English and Spanish, both written and spokenA valid driving license is requiredAvailability to travel as neededBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous
