Job Summary
The Global Product Marketing Manager will be instrumental in strengthening ClearCorrect’s position as a trusted partner to dental professionals worldwide. This role is responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive product adoption, customer loyalty, and sustainable business growth. By combining deep customer understanding with market insights, the Global Product Marketing Manager will define and communicate ClearCorrect’s value proposition through innovative products, services, and educational programs that enable providers to deliver superior treatment outcomes and elevate patient care.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy & Execution
o Develop and execute global product marketing strategies that align with ClearCorrect’s overall business objectives.
o Define and communicate ClearCorrect’s value proposition across customer segments and markets.
o Identify growth opportunities and design initiatives that enhance product adoption and customer engagement.
o Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment across marketing, product, and commercial functions.
* Partnership Development & Loyalty Building
o Build strong partnerships with customers through education, marketing programs, and service initiatives that reinforce ClearCorrect’s role as a trusted partner.
o Collaborate with country teams to design initiatives that strengthen brand loyalty and customer retention.
o Partner with KOLs, advisory boards, and clinical leaders to co‑create customer‑focused solutions and best practices.
* Go-to-Market & Launch Enablement
o Lead creation and execution of global go‑to‑market strategies and product launch plans.
o Develop, in collaboration with Commercial Excellence, sales enablement tools, training materials, and campaigns that empower commercial teams to demonstrate ClearCorrect’s unique value proposition.
o Develop marketing and educational assets to drive product awareness and knowledge.
o Support global events, including trade shows and conferences, to promote ClearCorrect and engage with stakeholders.
o Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliance standards, including the review and approval of marketing and educational materials.
* Customer & Market Insights
o Continuously gather and analyze voice‑of‑customer and market insights to refine marketing strategies and initiatives.
o Monitor competitive landscape, emerging trends, and regulatory changes to anticipate market needs.
o Translate insights into actionable initiatives that drive adoption, loyalty, and growth.
o Track performance metrics (adoption, usage, revenue) and recommend optimization actions.
o Actively engage with commercial teams in the field, including regular field rides, to gather first‑hand insights, and translate them into impactful marketing initiatives.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, R&D, Education, Regulatory, and Country Marketing to ensure customer needs are embedded in product and service development.
o Align with Straumann Group business units to deliver holistic solutions across the orthodontic and digital ecosystem.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or dental/orthodontic background preferred.
* 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing or customer marketing, preferably in the dental, medical device, or healthcare industry.
* Proven ability to develop and execute customer‑centric marketing programs that drive loyalty and adoption.
* Strong understanding of the customer needs, with demonstrated ability to build trust and long‑term partnerships.
* Excellent analytical skills; data‑driven approach to decision‑making and program evaluation.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional and global teams.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Comfortable working in a global, matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams.
