To reinforce our Retail Sales Team we are currently recruiting an Impulse & Convenience Retail Manager
Within the Sales Office Spain you will be the main responsible for driving the sales growth and development of our stong brands, Biscoff and healthy snacking brands, through the Impulse & Convenience Retail channel in Spain.
1. Translating the national brand strategy at customer level within impulse and convenience channel, by means of the growth pillars range such as product listings, assortment and promotions.
2. Contributing to the development of our whole portfolio in this channel and expand our visibility possibilities, both Natural Foods and Biscuits & Bakeries.
3. Establishing and maintaining of strong commercial relationships with A trade partners responsible for (e.g. Vicky Foods (Convenience stores), Frit Ravich (impulse), Grefusa (vending), Repsol (Petrol) etc.
4. Development of targeted, customer-related plans with partners to achieve joint commercial objectives.
5. Lead the annual negotiations with customers responsible for and stablish a solid incentive annual plan to win distribution and visibility points within this channel.
6. Building conceptual Impulse & Convenience Retail related trade selling stories on our Lotus Biscoff & Natural Foods portfolio.
7. Building and maintaining an effective network within the Impulse & Convenience market and acting as brand ambassador at customers, events, fairs, etc.
8. Analyzing and translating relevant Impulse channel market data.
9. Close collaboration with Marketing/Category Management to jointly develop and implement key levers that enable to grow the business.
10. Monitoring and management of all administrative, logistical or financial tasks encountered by customers in close consultation with the Key Account Assistant and other departments.
11. Building sustainable contacts with the customers, strong analytical skills, pro-active thinking and acting, in combination with a hands-on mentality and a team player profile are essential to the success of this position.
12. The Impulse & Convenience Manager role is based in Madrid and reports to the Retail Sales Manager.
13. Master Degree (Marketing, Commercial, Economics, Engineer)
14. Experience with external outsourcing agencies is a plus.
15. Experience within C&C channel, as it is a related and complementary channel, is a plus.
16. Fluent in Spanish and English.
17. Team player with passion for building our brands.
18. A good balance commercial profile of hunter to expand our distribution and farmer to build partners.
19. Solid knowledge of Excel automatization (BI, Dynamic tables), Power BI, Reporting tools and PowerPoint.
20. Strong analytical skills to use customer and market data to create business opportunities.
21. Commercially detail-oriented to ensure excellent execution with our customers and POS.
22. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
23. Hands-on approach and going the extra mile to get things done.
