Role Objective
Creation of added value for the company through the development of product categories that meet real and recurring consumer needs. Governance over Persán's Product Plan, identifying company needs, market opportunities, and advocating for projects until final approval.
Main Responsibilities
1. Identify market opportunities and monitor competitors' activity and strategic positioning
2. Define Persán's Product Plan, aligning it with market opportunities
3. Prepare and defend Business Plans for projects, redefining as necessary
4. Develop detailed project plans, lead cross-functional teams, monitor progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively
5. Ensure quality control and report on project performance
Minimum Requirements
Technical Knowledge: Curiosity about products, claims, and aesthetics. 4-5 years of experience in similar roles within consumer goods manufacturing or retail/distribution sectors. Willingness for international travel.
Soft Skills: Analytical, organized, leadership qualities, proactive, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint (advanced), SAP, and project management software.
