* Policies, Guidelines and Protocols : Follow established policies, guidelines, and protocols related to machinery fleet. Report issues or inconsistencies to senior management and suggest improvements based on practical experience. Support safety inspections and maintain records of compliance with safety regulations.
* Operational Support : Assist with the deployment of machinery to construction sites. Ensure machinery is ready for use and meets project requirements.
* Equipment Maintenance Support : Assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Ensure proper maintenance and record all activities.
* Fleet Data Collection : Collect data on fleet performance, including fuel usage, downtime, and repair costs. Support analysis to optimize fleet operations.
* Vendor Coordination : Coordinate with vendors for machinery servicing and repairs. Ensure services are completed on schedule and meet standards.
* Capability Building : Participate in assessment and development activities, training, and coaching. Maintain understanding of relevant technology, regulations, and industry best practices through ongoing education.
* Relationship Management : Build effective relationships within the organization, delivering high-quality services under guidance.
