At DOPP Executive Search, we are currently looking for an Export Manager for a FMCG company based in Seville.
Reporting directly to General Management and integrated within the company's commercial structure, the main mission of this role will be to develop, consolidate, and grow the international business. This includes ensuring the proper management and retention of existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and guaranteeing profitability and strong strategic positioning of both branded and private label products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing international accounts, preparing annual commercial plans for each client.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and portfolio expansion initiatives.
Prepare and monitor the annual sales budget by country and client.
Conduct profitability analysis by client and category.
Negotiate commercial terms, margins, promotions, and strategic agreements.
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, and budget deviation control.
Ensure the profitability of international operations while minimizing commercial and financial risks.
Manage commercial and operational incidents.
Track product launches, rotation, and overall performance.
Selectively prospect and open new strategic clients in assigned markets, for both branded and private label products.
Participate in international trade fairs and commercial missions.
What We Are Looking For
University degree (preferably in Business Administration, International Trade, or similar).
3–5 years of experience in the development and management of international accounts, both branded and private label.
High level of English (Italian and/or Portuguese will be valued).
Results-oriented profile with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Strong communication skills, planning ability, customer orientation, and teamwork mindset.
Availability to travel.
