We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Reliability Support Engineer to join our B2B SaaS company and resolve platform issues efficiently. Our team, primarily based in Malaga, Spain, consists of around 100 employees, with incorporation in the US and EU. Remote work is supported, and location is flexible.

What’s the opportunity?
If you enjoy solving technical puzzles and helping users, this role is for you! You will dive into code and support tasks, ensuring top-tier service for our clients. What will you be doing?
* Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, responding to incidents promptly
* Automate manual tasks through scripting and integration
* Check logs and alerts regularly
* Develop integrations between tools like Hubspot / Asana and support scripts
* Help maintain SLAs
First month:
Get familiar with our tools and processes. Start contributing with small tasks and learn our product features with guidance from engineers and support teammates.
After 3 months:
Understand our product deeply, diagnose issues using logs, propose automations, connect to alerting systems, and document common issues.
6 months in:
You will be fully integrated, autonomous, and collaborating across departments to improve system quality. You will handle tasks in both development and production environments confidently.
Who will you work with?
You’ll collaborate with the Support manager on incident investigations, and work closely with Customer Success and Development teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Our expectations:
* 2+ years in similar roles
* Strong troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently and in teams
* Good communication skills
* Understanding of web service metrics and logs
* Proficiency in Python
* Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL
