REQUIREMENTS

* Native/fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
* Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality
* Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full training
* Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes
* Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus
* Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
