SPIR (Social Policies and Industrial Relations) Specialist - Labour Relations Airbus Spain Apply to join Airbus Defence and Space as a SPIR Specialist, supporting all divisions in Spain (Helicopters, Defence & Space, Commercial Aircraft) in developing and implementing social policies and maintaining constructive industrial relations. Responsibilities Define social policies, processes and tools aligned with business strategy, Airbus Vision and HR strategy. Ensure constructive and peaceful industrial relations at national and local levels. Prepare and support labour court cases. Design and implement HR policies and negotiate with unions/works councils across all HR areas (Employment, Competence Management, Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Culture Change, Talent, etc.). Lead negotiations with employee representatives and work councils on related topics. Drive implementation of HR processes and tools consistently across the business. Measure SPIR process performance and propose improvement actions. Act as a legal consultant for HR Expertise Centers and HR Business Partners on social policies, labour aspects and processes. Qualifications Degree in Labour Relations or related field. More than 10 years of experience in labour relations in Spain, preferably in a multinational environment. Fluency in English and Spanish at a negotiation level. Advanced level of French and/or German (desired). Advanced negotiation skills. Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills.
