You'll lead both external and internal communication efforts, ensuring our content is coherent, consistent, and strategically aligned across all channels.Reporting to the Marketing and communication director, you'll collaborate with the communication, digital, product and market teams to make Figueras' brand and expertise visible across regions, platforms, and audiences.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSExternal communication :Design, manage and execute the global content calendar across LinkedIn, blog, newsletters and press.Develop creative content (copy + basic visuals) to highlight projects, launches, clients, and market insights.Create press releases, success stories, and branded content that elevate our positioning.Collaborate with agencies or partners to produce videos, infographics and key brand assets, while also being able to independently create agile, short-form video content when needed.Ensure brand voice consistency across all communication materials and external channels.Corporate brand presence :Coordinate communication support for fairs, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities.Prepare brand kits and materials for business development and executive visibility.Ensure internal stakeholders have the messaging and tools they need to represent the brand.Internal communication :Lead internal newsletters and company-wide communicationsSupport culture-building initiatives, events and internal storytellingAlign internal messaging with the brand's tone and strategic goalsWHO YOU AREA natural storyteller with 3–5 years of experience in communications or content creationSomeone who balances creativity and structure, and enjoys turning complexity into clarityA self-starter, proactive and organized, who can manage multiple priorities at onceExperienced with WordPress, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), and basic video editing toolsFluent in Catalan, Spanish and English, able to write and create content in all threeCollaborative and team-oriented, you know how to build trust and alignment across departmentsFamiliar with B2B environments and eager to learn about architecture, design and innovationWHAT WE OFFER YOU :The chance to shape the voice of a global brand in a moment of transformationA strategic role with direct visibility and contribution to the businessA collaborative and agile marketing team with a focus on innovationFlexible start times and Friday afternoons offFlexible benefits plan : restaurant vouchers, private healthcareWHY JOIN FIGUERASBecause we don't just build seats.
