We’re currently looking for a Content & Campaign Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the execution of ABM strategies for large, strategic accounts. This role sits at the intersection of Demand Generation, Brand, and local markets, helping translate business and industry insights into impactful campaigns and content — while maintaining Factorial’s tone of voice.


Your Mission & Responsibilities:

* Content Creation for Campaigns
Create and adapt high-quality content for multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, landing pages, ads), ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact. You will tailor messaging and assets based on account segmentation, industry, and context to increase relevance and engagement. You will also contribute to sales enablement materials (e.g. product decks, ad hoc content) when needed.
* ABM Campaign Execution
Support the execution of ABM campaigns targeting strategic accounts. You will work closely with the ABM Manager to bring campaigns to life, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with business goals.
* Industry Understanding & Messaging
Develop a strong understanding of industry-specific pains and translate them into relevant, compelling narratives for enterprise audiences.
* Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Brand, and local teams to ensure content and campaigns are aligned, relevant, and impactful across all touchpoints.
* Campaign Coordination & Project Ownership
Take ownership of campaign-related workflows: briefs, timelines, stakeholder coordination, and delivery. Ensure projects move forward efficiently without the need for constant follow-up.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

* Strategic Thinking
Ability to understand business context and industry challenges, and translate them into impactful content and campaigns.
* Strong Writing & Tone of Voice
You can craft clear, compelling content tailored to different audiences and industries, while maintaining consistency with Factorial’s tone of voice and brand guidelines.
* High Ownership & Proactivity
You take initiative, move projects forward independently, and proactively engage stakeholders without waiting for direction.
* Project Management Mindset
Strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, set up processes, and ensure timely delivery.
* Tools & Tech
Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Figma, and CMS platforms like Dato (or similar). Comfortable working with marketing and content tools.
* Growth & Execution Focus
You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments where speed and iteration matter.
* Languages:
Fluent in English and Spanish. Additional languages (Italian, French, German, or Portuguese) are a plus.
