English Teacher/Academic Coordinator Part Time 15hrs
Kids&Us; is looking for an energetic and fun English Teacher/Academic Coordinator to join our team in Milano Porta Romana.
We are passionate about changing the education landscape by building a world full of meaningful English educational experiences for children from 1 to 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver classes using Kids&Us; lessons, music, games, stories, and arts and crafts.
- Monitor student progress and guide learners toward their goals.
- Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, peers, and mentors.
- Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
- Supervise academic processes following Kids&Us; policies and method.
- Support the director in teaching and administrative activities.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and an energetic “can do” approach to children’s learning.
- Well organized with good time management skills.
- Flexibility with work hours and availability.
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
- Certifications such as Carichi Pendenti, and no previous record.
- Interest in working with children.
- Planning and organization skills.
- A team player.
What We Offer
- Fixed‑term contract.
- 10 hours per week as a coordinator and 5 hours per week as a teacher.
