With a presence in three key channels (retail, online and distribution), ISOLÉE not only offers an exceptional shopping experience in its physical shops, but also has a constantly evolving e-commerce and distribution strategy that positions its brands in selected retailers, contributing to the growth of the brands it distributes.
Its portfolio includes some of the most prestigious brands in perfumery, advanced skincare and home care, including Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Parfums de Marly, Ex Nihilo, Initio Parfums Privés and MATIERE PREMIERE.
We continue to expand our network with the incorporation of a Brand Manager. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies aligned with the identity and positioning of our brands in Spain and Portugal.
Responsibilities:
* Brand Management: Development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with the brand identity and values in retail, online and distribution channels.
* Marketing calendar coordination: Planning and monitoring of campaigns, product launches and key events in the 3 channels.
* Trade Marketing activations: Implementation of strategies at the point of sale to strengthen brand presence and boost conversion.
* POSM management: logistics and follow-up.
* Communication and PR strategies: Coordination with the PR department to plan actions with influencers and digital strategies under the supervision of the head of the department.
* Market, sales and competition analysis: Monitoring of trends and brand performance in different sales channels: retail, online and distribution.
* Measurement of the impact of the campaigns developed and monthly reporting to the brands: analysis and monitoring of the KPI's of the main activations carried out in the different channels.
* Budget management: Optimisation of resources to maximise the impact of marketing actions. Follow-up of A&P and expense justifications.
Required profile:
* Experience of at least 2 years in marketing and management of luxury brands, especially in perfumery.
* Planning and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Multitasking.
* Knowledge of trade marketing and experience in point of sale activations.
* Analytical ability to evaluate the impact of the strategies implemented.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Focused on results.
* Willingness to travel.
Languages:
* English, work will be carried out in this language.
* French, desirable, as most of the brands are French.
Tools:
* Microsoft Office package: advanced knowledge of Excel.
* Power BI.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is desirable.
