Solutions Lead - Chains & Groups (IC role)

We are expanding and seeking a hotel expert with customer-facing experience in SaaS and a passion for growth. The ideal candidate will be based in London, Berlin, Ghent, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona, though remote candidates may be considered depending on experience.
Our clients include hotel chains and groups, ranging from regional to local, with varying revenue management expertise. We are looking for a Solutions Lead to join our Go-To-Market Strategy department, responsible for driving the commercial success of new and existing products, including product enhancements tailored for this market segment and customer type.
This is a global role supporting all sales regions. Responsibilities include :
* Developing and executing playbooks and commercial action plans for launching new products and enhancements tailored for this segment and customer type.
* Ensuring playbooks are current, dynamic, and evolving with new features through content creation and product motion updates.
* Providing training and support to sales teams on new playbooks and product features to enable successful GTM execution.
* Collaborating with revenue operations and data analytics teams to analyze data and generate insights for ongoing commercial performance assessment.
* Updating the organization on commercial progress for designated market segments, products, and solutions.
* Maintaining a strong understanding of systems, tools, and products used by hotels in this segment.
* Driving growth and commercial success aligned with our company's mission.
Qualifications include :
* Experience in sales enablement and / or training roles.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
* Project management experience is a plus.
