What you’ll be doing
Lead all aspects of multiple, large‑scale projects for a key pharmaceutical account, from briefing to successful delivery and closing, including logistics, production and content coordination.
Ensure full alignment with the client’s operational standards, compliance requirements, approval processes and event procedures.
Act as the main point of contact for the client’s stakeholders during the implementation phase.
Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and reporting with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Support, mentor and collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth project delivery.
Must haves
8+ years of event project management experience within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry, including end‑to‑end attendee management and event delivery.
Previous experience working in an event agency environment and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure setting.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and client processes.
Excellent organisational, negotiation and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive communication style, process‑driven mindset and strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hands‑on experience with Cvent, including website development, attendee management and budgeting.
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
Based in Madrid and available to travel regularly.
Nice to haves

Compensation
The salary range for this position is between
