Responsibilities
- Direct Sales & Client Relations: Drive end-user sales via needs assessment, pitching, and negotiation. Build long-term partnerships to boost repeat business.
- Channel Management: Recruit and support distributors to expand market reach. Collaborate on joint initiatives to hit shared targets.
- Market Strategy: Analyze European market trends to develop targeted sales plans. Enhance SEUIC’s brand presence regionally.
- Target Delivery: Set and meet sales targets. Track progress, identify gaps, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Relay client feedback to internal teams. Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in AIDC sales with a proven track record in selling PDAs, RFID, or barcode scanners. Success in direct sales and channel management.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of European markets, cultures, and regulations. Existing client/distributor networks preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to manage remote sales cycles.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, etc.) a plus.
- Mobility: Willing to travel up to 50% across Europe for client and partner meetings.
