Harrington Boyd are currently working with a global manufacturing company who are searching for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join their team in Barcelona! This position will offer hybrid working, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Compensation package
Base salary: €70,000 - 85,000
Bonus: 10%

Your responsibilities would be the following:
- Lead SAP FICO strategy and execution across global finance operations, driving digital transformation and process excellence.
- Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions that enhance decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D;, and commercial teams to ensure seamless financial integration and compliance.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and leveraging emerging SAP capabilities.
- Own key projects from blueprint to go-live, including S/4HANA migrations, regulatory updates, and global rollouts
We are searching for the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP FICO
- Good knowledge of multiple submodular areas such as AP, AR, GL, etc
- Previous implementation experience of S/4HANA is desirable though not essential
- Experience working in a integral environment, ideally coming from industries coming life sciences or FMCG
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would be a plus
