Job Description
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively, and contribute to the store leadership team to drive performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

* Availability to work at least 20–25 hours per week, with required Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays, and flexibility to increase hours during peak periods.
Qualifications
* High school diploma (Education mínima secundaria – E.S.O) / G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
* At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
* CEFR B2 level of fluency in English and Spanish (required)
* Customer focus and strong communication skills
* Capable of multitasking, adaptability, problem solving
* Assertiveness and interpersonal interaction
* Fashion trend knowledge, ability to learn and apply knowledge
* Integrity, work ethic, stress tolerance, poise and ambition
* No prior supervisory/management experience required
