As Data Protection Expert at Openbank, you will support data protection across products during international expansion, reporting to the Data Protection Officer. You will advise cross-functional and cross-jurisdiction teams on GDPR and privacy laws. You will perform DPIAs, PIAs, and LI assessments, and maintain RoPA while monitoring compliance. You will partner with business functions to address day-to-day privacy issues and shape compliant processes.

• Participate in processes involving personal data processing and offer relevant consultations
• Advise business functions on day-to-day data protection issues
• Ensure compliance with international, national, and local privacy laws
• Create and implement strategies to ensure data protection compliance
• Perform DPIAs, PIAs, and LI assessments and maintain RoPA
• Analyze risks of data processing operations and monitor GDPR compliance
• Maintain processes xpzdshu for handling requests/complaints about privacy policies and procedures
Responsabilidades
• +8 years of relevant legal/compliance experience
• Degree in Law
• Master's in technology and/or data protection (desirable)
• Advanced English level (C1)
• Additional languages (German, Dutch, Portuguese) a plus
