PROJECT MANAGER - RENEWABLE ENERGY DEVELOPMENT PRISTINA
We are Grupo Enhol, a family‑owned company and a benchmark in the energy sector, with a integral presence and over three decades committed to renewable energies. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of innovative projects in the Western Balkans, working alongside multidisciplinary teams and international partners. The position should be based in Pristina (Kosovo).
Responsibilities
- Lead the full development cycle of renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or hybrid), from early‑stage origination to ready‑to‑build and commissioning.
- Identify and assess new project opportunities through greenfield development or acquisitions.
- Manage permitting processes, land agreements, environmental assessments, and grid connection procedures.
- Coordinate with technical, legal, financial, and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
- Engage with institutional stakeholders, regulatory bodies, municipalities, and local communities.
- Monitor relevant policies, grid capacity updates, and regulatory frameworks.
- Ensure that project execution adheres to quality standards, compliance regulations, and sustainability targets.
- Negotiate PPAs, manage energy sales, and source corporate offtakers.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in project development, business development or project management in the renewable energy sector.
- Driving license.
- Albanian: Native / English: Full Professional.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or Business.
