This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, client-facing project manager with strong experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing retail projects from early feasibility through implementation and store opening.
Key Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of retail construction and interior fit-out projects, from planning through execution and opening.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, aligning project delivery with brand standards, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate architecture, engineering, construction, and internal project teams.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting.
Navigate permitting procedures and ensure regulatory compliance across different jurisdictions.
Identify project risks and implement timely corrective actions.
Lead internal and external meetings to ensure alignment, transparency, and progress.
Oversee quality control and ensure work is delivered to the required brand and construction standards.
Support project teams with construction site knowledge, including MEP-FP coordination where required.
Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in retail construction project management, store rollout, or retail fit-out projects.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience supporting projects from feasibility through implementation and opening.
Experience managing permits and approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project management tools, such as MS Project or similar.
Professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
French is a plus.
Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Availability to travel occasionally for project needs.
