We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s obsessed with performance marketing, user acquisition, and data. Not someone who just launches campaigns, but someone who constantly tests, dive into numbers, optimizes, and scales what works.
You get excited about strategies, creatives, and performance metrics — and you know how to turn ad spend into sustainable growth. You know how to drive efficient acquisition across multiple paid channels while continuously improving acquisition costs and conversion rates.
You’ll take ownership of Venga’s online advertising across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and more. This role is about scaling acquisition while keeping performance sharp and measurable.

Your mission is to boost Venga’s User Acquisition!
Campaigns Management
Own and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple, TikTok, and other acquisition platforms
Identify new acquisition opportunities, channels, and formats, staying on top of platform updates, trends, and best practices
Plan, launch, and optimize acquisition campaigns aligned with growth targets
Manage budgets, bids, and performance across the selected channels
Work closely with Product & Marketing teams to support new product launches and drive adoption from day one
Creative & Optimization
Collaborate with Design and Marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Continuously test audiences, creatives, formats, messaging, and channels
Analyze performance data to focus on what works and cut what doesn’t
Monitor the acquisition funnel to track and optimize key metrics such as CPR, CR, and ROAS for each channel and campaign
Produce clear performance reports and insights for the marketing team

You have hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns
You’re comfortable working with performance metrics and growth targets
You understand funnels, attribution, and conversion tracking
You’re analytical, structured, results-driven, and familiar MMPs tools (like AppsFlyer)
You enjoy testing, iterating, and scaling campaigns
You have design skills to make ad creatives yourself when needed
You can work autonomously and take full ownership of paid channels
You collaborate well with creative, product, and marketing teams
You thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
You speak English fluently

Experience managing multi-country and localized campaigns
Experience in fintech or Web3 advertising
Knowledge of the crypto ecosystem
Knowledge of Spanish & Catalan languages
Understanding of compliance constraints in regulated industries
