About the role
Business Compliance Managers support the business with developing and releasing cutting-edge features for millions of Revolut customers.
We’re looking for a Business Compliance Manager who’ll support and advise our product teams on compliance requirements and related controls within the first line of defence. Be warned, this is a very hands-on role 🎯

What you'll be doing
* Providing compliance domain expertise to 1LoD and offering solutions to compliance problem statements
* Acting as an effective stakeholder between 1LoD and 2LoD compliance teams
* Steering retail products through the complex regulatory landscape
* Ensuring every product launch is smooth, compliant, and ahead of the curve
* Identifying potential compliance risks in our retail offerings
* Creating innovative strategies to stay one step ahead of regulatory challenges
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cutting-edge compliance policies that meet legal requirements and drive business growth
* Empowering product teams with the knowledge and tools they need, making compliance a seamless part of the innovation process
* Serving as the go-to expert and liaison with regulatory bodies, ensuring our products shine in audits
What you'll need
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience in regulatory compliance
* Experience in a top-tier bank, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company
* An excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interact
* Highly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
* The ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines
