We are looking for an HR Specialist
to join the HR team at our
Valls plant, part of the E-Systems division. This role is responsible for managing HR administration in line with internal procedures, supporting employees directly, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage time & attendance data (Visualtime) for payroll, supporting system integration with SAP SF. - Prepare internal HR reports and handle external communications (Delt@, Sistema Red, Contrat@). - Ensure timely, error-free HR admin tasks (contracts, permits, licenses). - Maintain employee records in SAP SuccessFactors. - Support audits, GDPR compliance, and continuous process improvements. - Contribute to documenting HR tasks for mid-term coverage planning.
Profile:
- High School education minimum. - 1+ year of experience in a similar HR role. - Organized, proactive, and collaborative. - English knowledge is a plus.HR Specialist – Valls Plant (Lear Corporation)
