Collaborate with product, marketing, compliance, and technology teams to optimize the player experience and ensure legal compliance.Manage partnerships and day-to-day communication with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration, content quality, and timely delivery.Oversee contract negotiations, service level agreements (SLAs), and financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliation with partners.Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments related to game providers and other suppliers.Oversee the management of risk, responsible gaming initiatives, and customer protection policies.Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to the casino operations.Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role within the iGaming industry, preferably in regulated markets.Demonstrated experience managing partnerships with game providers, aggregators, and third-party vendors.Familiarity with contract management, invoicing, and financial reconciliation processes.Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving business growth.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
