At NTT DATA, we're looking for an Azure Identity & Exchange Hybrid Specialist (L3) to work in complex environments where identity, messaging, and security are business-critical.

Your impact
You will work at the most critical layer of any organization: identity + communication + security.
Identity & Azure AD / Entra ID
* Manage hybrid identities (synchronized vs cloud-only)
* Configure UPNs, ProxyAddresses, and identity attributes
* Administer and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect
* Resolve synchronization issues (hard match / soft match)
* Monitor sync cycles and overall identity health
Active Directory (on-prem)
* Manage domain controllers and replication health
* Troubleshoot AD replication and identity-related issues
* Ensure high availability and consistency across environments
Exchange Online & Hybrid Messaging
* Administer Exchange Online environments
* Manage mail flow (routing, connectors, inbound/outbound traffic)
* Configure accepted domains and hybrid setups
* Handle mailbox lifecycle and hybrid provisioning
Security & Compliance
* Implement anti-spam and anti-malware protections
* Manage DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and audit policies
* Ensure compliance across messaging environments
Advanced troubleshooting
* Diagnose mail flow and Outlook connectivity issues
* Use tools such as:
* Exchange Remote Connectivity Analyzer
* PowerShell (Exchange Online & on-prem)
* Synchronization Service Manager
* Event Viewer
What we're looking for
* 6+ years of experience in Microsoft environments (Azure, AD, Exchange)
* Strong expertise in hybrid infrastructures
* Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Solid understanding of identity, synchronization, and messaging
* A mindset focused on automation and continuous improvement
