About the Role:
To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.
Requirement:
Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales management
* Good proficiency in English & Arabic.
* Highly skilled on reporting, communication and MS.
* Hands on knowledge and experience in SAP or similar package.
* Proficient in team management and Leadership skills
* Should be a good team player.
