Collaborate with passionate experts, tackle exciting challenges, and help define the next generation of online sports betting and gaming.Purpose Of The Role As a Regulatory Compliance Manager supporting Marketing, you will play a pivotal role ensuring that all marketing and commercial activity complies with CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission requirements, and wider regulatory frameworks whilst ensuring marketing activity aligns with regulatory requirements and commercial goals.Ensure all marketing communications meet CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission standards, and internal compliance procedures.Conduct regular audits and reviews of marketing campaigns, processes, and controls.Deliver ongoing compliance training and promote a strong culture of responsible marketing across teams and serve as the main point of contact for marketing compliance queries.Leverage AI and automation tools to enhance monitoring, reporting, and compliance effectiveness.Continuously strengthen compliance frameworks to stay ahead of regulatory developments.Build strong partnerships with commercial teams to embed compliance into everyday business practices.Represent BVGroup in industry forums, consultations, and discussions with regulators and trade bodies.Provide strategic input into policy development, regulatory consultations, and wider compliance initiatives.Strong knowledge of CAP/BCAP Codes, Gambling Commission Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), and wider advertising regulations.Proven experience in regulatory compliance within the gambling, advertising, or highly regulated sectors.Experience delivering training and building compliance awareness across diverse teams.Analytical mindset with experience using technology, AI, or automation to enhance compliance monitoring.Relocation If you are joining us here in Gibraltar from abroad, our Talent Acquisition Team will take care of everything you need from booking and arranging your flights, taking care of accommodation whilst you settle in here and even helping to arrange a permanent place to live.#
