As our Advocacy Manager, you’ll be the chief architect of our social and consumer advocacy strategy. You won’t just "manage" influencers;
you’ll build an ecosystem where our brands’ voices resonate through authentic communities. Reporting directly to the Brand Business Leader/GM, with a functional dotted line to the Division A&I; Lead, you will bridge the gap between global vision and local cultural relevance.
Your Mission: Build & Implement the Social & Consumer Advocacy Strategy
Strategy Ownership & Influencer Lead: Owner of Brand Influencer and Earned Strategy: Create local influencer assets and lead local shoots, managing the creative process from start to finish.
Trend Activation: Ensure brand success in the activation of Trends, working in close collaboration with the Division Lead and the Multi-division CDMO.
Content Steering: Orchestrate UGC, Social Media Reviews, and earned content to drive loyalty and brand engagement.
Best Practices: Strive to develop and scale best practices for your brand, division, and the wider market.
Relationship Management & Community Building: Creator Talent Identification: Continually identify high-performing talent, creators, and experts before they go mainstream.
Strategic Partnerships: Nurture strong relationships with priority influencers, talent managers, and specialized agencies.
Loyalty & Advocacy: Drive local Creator Loyalty programs and organize masterclasses with prescribers and creator communities.
Alignment & Coordination: General-Local Sync: Align with the DMI on influencer approvals and support DMI eventing management.
Retail & Launch Support: Partner with Retailers for events and specific advocacy content for key product launches.
The Logistics of Influence: Oversee creative mailer send-outs, syndication of product drops, and seeding operations.
Data-Driven Insights (The "So What?" Factor): Performance Tracking: Monitor and optimize ROI using the group’s Trend Dashboards and MIM Reporting.
Reporting: Manage monthly Advocacy reports, ensuring the brand hits its targets through data-backed decisions.

To Thrive In This Role, You’ll Bring
3 to 5 years of proven experience specifically focused on Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, or Social Media.
Data-Driven Mindset: The ability to turn raw data (Share of Influence, engagement) into a compelling business story.
Tool Mastery: Proficiency in Traackr, Sprinklr, and PowerBI Advocacy is essential. You should be comfortable navigating the Advocacy Playbook.
L'Oréal Competencies: You identify as an Entrepreneur (fostering collaboration to transform the metier) and an Innovator (bringing solutions to accelerate the business).
Stakeholder Fluency: Ability to navigate complex projects with DMIs, Retailers, and cross-functional teams.
International Communication: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must.
