The Role & Team:

Infovista Corporation is seeking a sales-driven individual with outstanding communication skills, excellent technical expertise, the ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in earning customers' trust in complex sales cycles. This position offers significant opportunities for reward and growth.

The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, enhancing current client relationships, and developing new business with prospective clients.

The candidate should have a “hunting” persona for new logos and expansions within existing client bases.

Building on their background in service assurance, network testing/optimizations, and other telecom technologies, the candidate will establish credibility with existing customers, partners, and prospects. They will navigate within customers' organizations to reach key technical buyers and decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor and aiming to grow the current footprint by driving innovation, automation, and value. The Account Director will work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional/Technology Services to ensure successful deployments.

The candidate will leverage their sales experience to secure business in highly competitive situations, focusing on sales goals. Infovista offers a challenging, fast-paced environment that rewards initiative and results.

Profile:

Sales Skills:

* Strong drive for results and targets.
* Experience in selling Service Assurance, Network Testing solutions, or other OSS solutions.
* Experience closing deals above €1m.
* Ability to develop key strategies focusing on territory and key accounts.
* Industry experience and key relationships with C-Level and Senior Management.
* Strong communication and influence skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to communicate concepts across all levels of customer organizations.
* Understanding how technical sales influence business cases and coordinating internal resources.
* Team selling experience and proactive internal communication.

Technical Knowledge:

* Strong knowledge in Service Assurance, network testing, and/or other OSS solutions.
* Knowledge of the CSP market in OSS, network engineering, optimization, and operations.

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking and process setup skills.
* Business acumen, vision, and analysis competencies.
* Ability to inspire and demonstrate charisma.
* Assertiveness to defend company standards and interests.
* Prioritization and adaptability skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask.

Experience:

* 7+ years building and managing customer or vendor relationships, including senior executives.
* Proven track record selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, and OSS solutions.
* Experience in selling software and closing large deals.
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders (e.g., Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange).
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
