What you’ll do:
You'll take ownership of the
full recruitment cycle, managing both candidate and client relationships. Key responsibilities include:
Identifying and engaging with
experienced professionals
across sectors like engineering, finance, retail, and tech.
Managing your own
client portfolio, with a focus on relationship building rather than cold sales.
Benefiting from our
automated client acquisition system, so you can concentrate on delivery.
Collaborating with your team —
no internal competition, just shared goals and mutual success.
Getting involved in
exciting HR/recruitment innovation projects, contributing your ideas and creativity.
Who you are:
You have
3–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally in a specialist field (e.g., finance, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.).
You’re passionate about people, commercially minded, and love building long-term relationships.
You’re highly organized, logical, and attentive to detail.
You’re results-driven and motivated by
performance-based bonuses

You are fluent
in German, and a
good level of English
to communicate with our international HQ and some global clients.
Speaking
another European language ? That’s a big plus!
