Your Role And Responsibilities
Lead a project team in delivering Salesforce solutions, ensuring that the project is completed according to the project charter or contract. Hold overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
Develop and manage the project plan, budget, structure, schedule, and staffing requirements, including IBM and client employees and third‐party vendors.
Coordinate and manage diverse stakeholders to deliver a successful Salesforce solution, requiring strong leadership, organization, communication, and risk‐management skills.
Lead a project team to ensure the project is completed according to the project charter or contract, managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables.
Oversee the project budget and schedule, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Ensure the Salesforce solution meets client requirements and expectations as outlined in the project charter or contract.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
5+ years experience managing Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within‐budget delivery that meets client requirements.
Experience developing and managing project plans, budgets, structures, schedules, and staffing for multiple stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
Experience coordinating and managing stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce solutions, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
Experience overseeing project budgets and schedules to guarantee on‐time and within‐budget delivery.
Experience ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered per project charters or contracts, meeting expectations.
Fluent in English and Spanish.

Strong leadership skills—experience leading project teams and stakeholders to deliver successful Salesforce solutions.
Risk management expertise—experience managing risks in Salesforce projects to maintain timeliness and budget.
