We are looking for a Researcher to join Tolsa's Disruptive Innovation (R&TI;) team, with a strong focus on mineral characterization and the development of advanced functional materials.
Mission
Lead and execute scientific research projects aligned with Tolsa's innovation roadmap, with a primary emphasis on mineral and clay characterization, functional material development, and translating laboratory findings into technological solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced mineral and clay characterization using analytical techniques.
Design and execute experimental programs for new materials and functional modifications.
Analyse data, prepare technical reports, and communicate results.
Support scale‑up activities and collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Stay updated on scientific advances and contribute to innovation initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or similar (Master's/PhD preferred).
2–10 years of experience in R&D; or scientific research.
Experience in mineral/clay characterization, material synthesis, and analytical techniques.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
