From that point, we take full ownership of qualification, commercial discussions and delivery.

10% of the first-year revenue generated from clients they introduce, based on Net Fees actually received and retained.

High-value engagements in specialised tech environments
You are a legally registered independent professional or business entity (e.g. Autónomo, GmbH, Ltd, etc.)
You are able to issue valid business invoices
You have access to companies hiring or planning to hire tech talent
Fluent English, Spanish/Catalan or German is a plus.
Freelance recruiters or boutique agencies
