Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites within our Visibility Systems Business Group in charge of developing and manufacturing Lighting Products and Electronics, with around 2.600 employees. Valeo is offering an Internship program within HR Project Area. You will support different HR activities and participate in the operational success of the HR performance on the Site, e.g.,
* To collaborate in driving projects within HR and secure harmonization and standardization together with global process owners.
* To support HR team on ensuring a high quality of end-user experience by developing multiple channels of HR service access.
* To collaborate in HR task efficiencies already implemented and new ones, assuring the speed in processes along the network.
* Identify and collaborate in dependencies with other transformation projects.
* To consider the new digitization processes that can be implemented.
To be able to be selected for this internship, you need to fulfill the following requirements:
* Computer Engineering Degree or Master. (Spanish public universities' graduates or students)
* Google Drive and programming skills.
* Passionate about HR topics.
* Be result-oriented commitment to teamwork within an international environment.
* Professionalism and transparency.
* Good level of English (minimum of B2-C1) as well as Spanish.
