The successful candidate will report to the Supply Chain Manager and will be responsible for handling enquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a positive experience for every customer, whilst maintaining high standards of quality and service. /ppbr/pp bMain Tasks and Responsibilities: /b /pulliHandle customer enquiries, requests and complaints via various channels (telephone, email, chat). /liliProvide effective and timely solutions, ensuring a satisfactory experience. /liliReceive, process and follow up on orders, incidents and service-related operations. /liliAccurately record and update information in the Dynamics 365 ERP system. /liliCollaborate with internal departments (Sales, Logistics, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve complex cases. /liliManage transport for customer shipments. /liliMeet the service objectives (SLAs, KPIs) set by the company. /liliIdentify opportunities for improvement and propose actions to optimise customer service processes. /li /ulpbr/ppb Skills: /b /pulliA university degree in Business Administration/Economics or equivalent. /liliExcellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (required for dealing with our customers). /liliAbility to manage situations under pressure and resolve problems quickly. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365 ERP. /liliOrganisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise. /liliA proactive, customer-focused and team-oriented attitude. /li /ulpbr/p
