Position Summary
The Senior Global Product Marketing Manager for AXS
is responsible for defining and driving the global marketing strategy, positioning, and commercialization of Straumann’s AXS digital platform. This role plays a critical part in accelerating adoption, enabling scalable growth, and strengthening Straumann’s leadership in integrated digital workflows. The role bridges product, commercial, and customer success teams to ensure AXS delivers a compelling value proposition across markets and customer segments.
The Global Product Marketing Manager – AXS (CCS)
is responsible for driving the market expansion and commercial success of Straumann AXS, the cloud-based platform at the core of our Integrated Digital Ecosystem. This position will play a key role in driving the growth of Straumann digital solutions, supporting the long-term strategic aspirations of the fast-growing CCS business. The role leads end-to-end commercialization of this promising market opportunity, from strategic positioning and customer centricity to downstream operational commercial management.
This position reports to Global Head CCS Brand and Product Marketing. The role is global in scope, based in Madrid, Spain, and requires significant presence in the countries with approximately 30-40% travel required.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for AXS
Shape product positioning, messaging, and differentiation within the digital ecosystem (in-traoral scanners, software, services)
Translate business strategy into impactful marketing plans aligned with revenue and adoption targets
Develop scalable sales enablement tools (pitch decks, playbooks, value selling frame-works)
Partner with regional teams to drive sell-in and sell-out through direct and indirect channels
Support key deals and strategic accounts with tailored value propositions
Build deep understanding of customer needs (clinics, labs, DSOs)
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and digital dentistry evolution
Feed insights into product roadmap and innovation priorities
Lead global launches of new AXS features and services
Ensure consistent execution across regions while allowing for local adaptation
Monitor product performance and continuously optimize lifecycle strategies
Act as the central interface between Product Management, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams
Collaborate closely with Digital Solutions (CCS), ClearCorrect, and partner ecosystem teams
Align stakeholders on priorities, messaging, and execution
Drive integration storytelling across scanners, software, and treatment solutions
Support ecosystem expansion (partners, APIs, workflows)
Position AXS as the backbone of Straumann’s digital platform strategy
Education And Experience
8–12+ years in product marketing, preferably in medtech, SaaS, or digital platforms
Strong xhfqzwm experience in global roles with multi-market execution
Proven track record in launching and scaling digital solutions
Experience working with channel ecosystems and indirect sales models
Ability to translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value
Fluent in English;
other languages are an asset
Comfortable with up to 30-40% travel
