This is a senior, new-business focused opportunity within a high-growth SaaS environment.
🚀 The Role
The successful hire will lead strategic growth across Spain, working enterprise and mid-market corporate clients within HR / L&D functions.
Key focus areas include:
* Closing high-value SaaS deals (€200k+ ACV)
* Managing full-cycle sales (with SDR support)
* Building and forecasting pipeline accurately
* Engaging decision-makers across HR, Talent, and Learning functions
* Representing the brand at regional events and trade shows
* Acting as a senior presence within the team and sharing best practice
Fluent Spanish & English required.

* Experience selling into HR / L&D / Training departments
* Confident engaging C-level stakeholders
* Structured sales approach (MEDDPICC beneficial)
