Reporting to the Country Manager, Spain & Portugal

Key Responsibilities :
In coordination with the local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing organizations :
1. Plan, manage, and implement new business opportunities from origination to closing, in line with the Country Manager, Spain, and Pre-Sales Manager.
2. Assist the Country Manager, Spain, by implementing regional sales, BD, and Vertical Market strategies aligned with European and HQ directives.
3. Coordinate with the Sales organization to manage Hanwha Vision Sales Ecosystem (Distributors, Value Added Partners, System Integrators, etc).
4. Support the implementation of directives to meet regional business development targets.
5. Collaborate with design agencies to develop comprehensive security solutions for customers.
6. Build and nurture key client relationships to grow the client base according to company strategies.
7. Deliver technical customer training and on-site support at all levels.
8. Plan and execute sales, customer retention, and development initiatives.
9. Participate in important project meetings with the European sales team.
10. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of business opportunities, methods, costs, and results.
11. Report to the Country Manager, Spain, on all BD activities across regions.
12. Monitor and report on CRM analysis.
13. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
14. Support Hanwha Vision's Technical and Marketing departments in developing new offerings, marketing, and sales materials.
15. Maintain and enhance the company's image and reputation.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
1. Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in CCTV or IT industry.
2. Extensive experience with key Design Agencies, Prescriptions, and Systems Integrators.
3. Knowledge of third-party products, protocols, and related technologies.
4. Industry-related qualifications or a Business/Technical Degree are advantageous.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
6. Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Independent thinker with good judgment.
8. Motivated to achieve targets and lead teams.
9. Organized with attention to detail.
10. Proactive problem-solver and solution finder.
11. Self-motivated, able to work independently.
12. Excellent communication skills on all levels.
13. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
14. Fluent in English and at least one European language.
15. Clean Driving License.

* Project order intake within assigned verticals and regions.

Location :
The role is field-based, involving extensive travel within South Spain (Andalusia). Travel outside Spain may be required. The job can be based in Madrid, with travel to Andalusia expected.
