Your Mission:
As a Real Estate Commercial Agent specialising in exceptional properties in Marbella, you will be at the heart of our development strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
●Prospecting and developing a portfolio of high-end properties and clients, and identifying exclusive opportunities on the market, such as luxurious villas, exclusive apartments and other exceptional properties.
●Manage the full business cycle, from property acquisition to closing deals.
●Provide expert advice to property owners and buyers.
●Conduct detailed market analyses to determine property values.
●Coordinate and conduct property viewings.
●Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulatory changes, and new business opportunities.
●Handle all documentation and procedures required for transactions.
●Keep the CRM up to date, manage appointments, marketing activities, and client follow-ups.
●Advising and supporting clients in their real estate projects, highlighting your in-depth knowledge of the local market in Marbella and the Costa del Sol.
●Negotiating and closing sales of exceptional real estate, aiming for ambitious objectives and maximising client satisfaction.
●Participating in networking events, real estate fairs and collaborations with international partners to expand our network.
●Working closely with the rest of the team to innovate and adapt our offers to market trends.
Desired Profile:
●Proven experience as a real estate commercial agent in the luxury or high-end real estate sector.
●Excellent knowledge of the Spanish real estate market, particularly in Marbella and its surroundings (Elviria, Las Chapas, Los Monteros, Calahonda, Mijas, Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía, etc.).
●Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish;
knowledge of French or other languages is a plus.
●Outstanding presentation and communication skills, coupled with the ability to negotiate compelling client proposals.
●Motivation and a passion for prestige real estate – you are an opportunity hunter who excels in a competitive environment.
●Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
