Tower Controller Responsable plays a key role in ensuring the financial integrity and performance of concrete tower construction projects. This position is responsible for monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and providing financial insights that support strategic decision‑making. By working closely with project managers, procurement, and technical teams, the role ensures that financial planning aligns with operational execution, contributing to the overall profitability and efficiency of the business.
Your Tasks
- Monitor and control budgets for concrete tower construction projects, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Analyze cost structures, identify variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize project profitability
- Coordinate with project managers and procurement to ensure accurate forecasting and cost tracking
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key KPIs and risks
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
Your Profile
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; engineering background is a plus
- 3+ years of experience in project finance, cost control, or financial planning—ideally in construction or infrastructure
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems
- Ability to work cross‑functionally with technical and operational teams
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset
