About the role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the brand image in the Boutique, elevating the client experience and facilitating the selling process. They will report directly to the Visual Manager.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
1. Support Operations team with product preparation work for floor moves and collection launches, including display items
2. Update digital photo files for VM maintenance purposes as changes are made
3. Maintaining boutique image standards
4. Keep documentation of window items current (SKU, price, size, etc.) for selling team’s reference
5. Assist in implementation of events, Sale, seasonal installs, corporate events and other business driving initiatives in the Boutique
6. Communicate effectively with boutique selling team and management
7. Participation and collaboration in digital meetings
8. Work independently with minimal supervision

Position Logistics:
21. Minimum 3 years of related experience
22. Basic knowledge of retail operations, display and merchandising
23. Experience in basic computer software and digital photography
24. Front of House Fashion: Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results
