Consequently, we are seeking a highly driven, organized, and proactive Housekeeping Supervisor (Gobernanta) to lead our daily cleaning operations.

In this pivotal hybrid role, you aren't just directing a team from a desk; instead, you will balance essential administrative scheduling with real-world field inspections. Specifically, you will coordinate our dynamic housekeeping staff, execute rigorous quality control checks, and ensure every luxury villa and tourist apartment perfectly mirrors our 5-star hospitality standards.

Job Description: Housekeeping Supervisor (Gobernanta)
Your Mission: Operational Flow & Elite Quality Control
Your primary goal involves efficiently supervising and coordinating the daily cleaning operations across our entire holiday rental portfolio. Therefore, you will act as the vital strategic bridge between frontline cleaning staff, the logistics team, and Guest Services. By doing so, you will directly maximize staff productivity, resolve on-site maintenance bottlenecks, and guarantee a flawless first impression for incoming international guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

Resource Scheduling: Plan and dynamically adjust daily and weekly cleaning rosters and team quadrants.

Tech Management: Coordinate, track, and close cleaning tasks using specialized property management platforms like Breezeway, Hostaway, Google Drive, and internal tools.

Cross-Department Communication: Promptly notify Guest Services (GS) when apartments are fully verified and ready, while logging entries, check-outs, and pending tasks.

Operational Dispatch: Direct the housekeeping staff to assigned properties, handle remote door openings, and manage unexpected operational requests.

Linen & Supply Logistics: Oversee the drop-off and collection schedules handled by our linen distribution team, while maintaining strict inventory control over central cleaning supplies.

Reporting: Compile comprehensive daily and weekly operational metrics regarding team performance, task completion rates, and active maintenance issues.

Field Inspections & Quality Control

Property Audits: Conduct meticulous visual quality inspections ("Mystery Visits") at properties to sign off on readiness before guest arrival.

Hands-on Support: Step in to perform cleanings directly or provide on-site support to staff if needed to meet tight check-in deadlines.

Protocol Enforcement: Train, mentor, and guide cleaning staff on the field, ensuring absolute compliance with REMS staging, presentation, and cleaning protocols.

Asset Tracking: Verify the presence and condition of indoor property inventory, decorations, and amenities, documenting any discrepancies with photos and notes in our software platforms.

Who You Are

The Leader: You bring proven experience in housekeeping supervision, team leadership, or operational management within hotels or holiday rentals.

Organized Under Pressure: You possess exceptional organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a natural ability to solve logistic puzzles in a fast-paced environment.

Tech-Savvy: You are highly comfortable using smartphones, digital maps, and operational management apps (experience with Breezeway or Hostaway is a distinct advantage).

The Communicator: You exhibit strong interpersonal skills with a proactive, quality-driven, and highly collaborative attitude.

Flexible Operator: You are willing to work varying shifts across a Monday-to-Sunday schedule, including weekends and holidays, to support peak travel turn-days.
