Annually, we plan and buy over 90 million Euros of media (more than 50% in digital) across 29 markets, focusing on the UK (largest market), Spain, Germany, France, and Italy.
The role is for an Account Executive within the Cereals and K Snacks Market Planning team, working on iconic brands like Kellogg's Masterbrand, Special K, and Rice Krispie Squares. The focus is on best practice delivery of implementation planning and buying across all European markets.
The candidate should demonstrate gravitas, enabling confident management of projects and senior clients. They should have comprehensive media knowledge, think holistically across channels, promote innovation and integration, and build a community within local OMD markets.
Responsibilities include supporting the Account Director in planning, launching, and reporting for European client teams, collaborating across markets and digital hubs, and participating in wider agency projects.
Additional duties involve client liaison, maintaining relationships with local and global media owners, and managing budgets with the AD and Operations Director. The role also includes supporting campaign performance reporting and creating holistic media recommendations aligned with business objectives and local nuances.
Effective communication, solving pacing and performance issues, and maintaining clear processes with teams are essential. The position is hybrid, full-time, and permanent.
