Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelinesArchitect cloud-native and hybrid data platformsBuild robust data models to support financial analytics and reportingImplement data governance, quality, and security best practicesOptimise data storage and query performanceCollaborate with stakeholders across risk, trading, compliance, and strategy teamsMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical leadershipEnsure regulatory compliance standards are embedded within data systems Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BSc) from a Top 300 global university (QS/Times Higher Education ranking)6+ years of professional experience in data engineeringStrong proficiency in Python and/or ScalaAdvanced SQL expertiseHands-on experience with modern data stack technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong understanding xpzdshu of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modellingExperience working with large-scale financial datasets Preferred Experience
