They are currently going through a period of substantial growth and are looking to bring an extra member into their team. /p pstrongThe role /strong /p pAs the Sales Manager - Spain you will be responsible for developing new business within the CE market. You will create a business plan to outline revenue and growth goals whilst creating a strategy to meet these goals. You will manage larger key customer accounts and act as the first point of contact. /ppKey responsibility's /pulliDevelop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for Spain to ensure achievement of company sales goals. /liliManage and grow relationships with retail accounts incl. El Corte Inglés, Mediamarkt, PCComponentes, and Fnac. /liliIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within DIY chains such as Leroy Merlin, Brico Dépôt, and BriCor. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes. /liliDrive new product introductions and coordinate related marketing activities with key accounts. /liliMonitor and actively manage sales activities and performance across Spain. /liliEnsure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness in the Spanish market. /liliProvide regular market and account analysis to support strategic decisions. /li /ul pstrongIdeal Candidate /strong /ppYou will already be a successful Sales Manager covering the Spanish Market for an electronic, robotic or D-I-Y business. You will be confident in creating a business vision and always working towards this. You will be able to manage key accounts and will be able to collaborate with cross functional teams of experts. You must have the ability to build strong business and personal relationships whilst developing profitable account growth. /p pstrongKey requirement /strong. /pulliBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. /liliMinimum 5-7 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in consumer electronics or home improvement sectors. /liliProven track record of working with Spanish retail and/or DIY chains. /liliStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. /liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /liliHigh level of self-motivation and ability to work independently from a home office. /liliFluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). /liliWillingness to travel within Spain as needed. /li /ul
