Responsibilities Manage the daily delivery operations for Key Accounts (KAs), organizing and monitoring end-to-end (E2E) delivery fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and achievement of monthly KPIs. Coordinate and communicate with all relevant internal teams, 3PL partners, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations. Monitor and analyze delivery and logistics data, identify root causes of issues, propose corrective actions, and continuously improve operational efficiency. Proficiently operate CRFR calls, complete weekly KA communication meetings, optimize weekly delivery plans, and assist KAs in resolving delivery-related problems. Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure that the quality of all logistics and delivery services meets company standards and customer expectations. Respond to customer inquiries, maintain effective communication channels, and ensure information is shared accurately and timely between all stakeholders. Support and execute continuous improvement projects as required by management. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 1+ year of experience in 3C product delivery, logistics, or related operations. Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish and Chinese. Proactive, adaptable, and honest;
strong problem‑solving,execution, and relationship‑building abilities. Familiar with the fast‑paced environment of internet or technology companies;
open‑minded and afast learner. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to prepare structured reports. Experience with 3PL management, delivery KPI tracking, and continuous improvement projects is preferred.
