You will join the Data & Analytics team. In this role, you will act as a Developer within an Agile Release Train. You will be responsible for building high-performance data products and applications that bridge our industrial core ( SAP BW ) with our advanced big data ecosystem ( Palantir Foundry ). You will play a critical role in the digital continuity of the world's leading helicopter manufacturer.

YOUR CHALLENGES:
\n
Agile Delivery: Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, System Demos, Sprint Retrospectives). Collaborate within a cross-functional Agile Team to deliver \"Definition of Done\" increments.
\n
Data Engineering (SAP Focus): Design and develop complex data models within SAP BW (on HANA / BW/4HANA). Manage back-end extractions (ABAP, CDS views), transformation logic, and optimize queries for large-scale industrial datasets.
\n
Data Engineering (Foundry Focus): Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines in Palantir Foundry. Utilize PySpark and SQL to transform raw data into a structured \"Ontology\" that powers operational decision-making.
\n
Hybrid Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between the SAP landscape and the Palantir environment, maintaining high standards of data integrity and latency.
\n
Built-in Quality: Apply DevOps and DataOps principles. Perform peer code reviews, automated testing, and maintain technical documentation to ensure long-term maintainability of the data platform.
\n
Innovation: Contribute to the \"Enabler\" stories to improve the architectural runway of the Data & Analytics platform.

Experience & Education
\n
Experience: 5 to 10 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, specifically focused on SAP BI and Palantir Foundry .
\n
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
\n
Technical Skills (Hard Skills)
\n
SAP BI Expert: Extensive hands-on experience with SAP BW. Proficiency in ABAP for ETL, HANA Calculation Views and AMDP script .
\n
Palantir Foundry Specialist: Proven track record of developing in Foundry (Data Connection, Code Repos, Pipeline Builder, Workshop).
\n
Coding: Advanced proficiency in Python (PySpark) and SQL .
\n
Agile: Strong understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
\n
Soft Skills
\n
Team Player: Ability to thrive in a collaborative Agile team environment, sharing knowledge and supporting teammates to reach the Iteration Goals.
\n
Problem Solver: Analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting complex data discrepancies across hybrid systems.
\n
Communication: Fluent in English (daily working language). Spanish is a significant advantage for local site integration.
