What You’ll Do

We are looking for a smart, punctual, and detail‑oriented person who is willing to take on data entry processes and has an interest in software applications used by business jet operators. You will work 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time and collaborate closely with customers, sales, and product managers to:

* Provide support services for customers: data entry & verification; setting up, monitoring, and fixing data loading scripts; creating mappings and configurations for data imports.
* Transform large Excel spreadsheets into an appropriate format.
* Perform administration of existing accounts and configure the port.
* Contact customers for correcting mistakes, verifying data, sending missed information, and delivering results of data imports.
* Cooperate with product management team and report bugs.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor, or accounting specialist.
* Intermediate English level or higher.

* Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
* Degree in Science.
* Neat and capable of working with a large volume of numbers.
* Punctual and self‑motivated.
* Positive minded.
