What you will do
* Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities in Danish‑speaking markets; develop leads, build relationships with clients, and help expand the customer base.
* Manage communications with clients and partners in Danish (and English when required), delivering high‑quality support and business proposals.
* Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, operations—to coordinate outreach strategies, align offers with market needs, and ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

What we’re looking for
* Native or fluent Danish (C1+) with strong written and spoken communication; good command of English is beneficial.
* Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or similar roles, preferably interacting with international clients.
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, organisational ability, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
* Ability to work independently, manage leads, follow‐ups, and client relations with professionalism and attention to detail.
* Self‑motivation, resilience, and readiness to adapt in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
